Beach House By The Bay is rented for a maximum of 6 occupants. All items listed on the website are included in the price.
Low Season:
June 2, 2012 - June 29, 2012
August 30 - September 29, 2012
Weekly rental for the Beach House is $1100.00+ provincial sales tax of 10%
High Season:
June 29, 2012 - August 25, 2012 is $1600.00 + provincial sales tax of 10%
Weekly rental for the Beach House is $1600.00+ provincial sales tax of 10%
Reservations: We require a deposit of $500. to confirm the reservation. Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation notice is received before the end of February the year of your planned holiday.
The full amount of the deposit will also be refunded after that date when property is re-booked.
Reservation dates can be changed at anytime depending upon availability.
Payment methods accepted: Cheque, Money Order or bank transfer in Canadian Funds or equivalent U.S. amount.
Final Payment: The balance is to be mailed three weeks prior to arrival.

- Do you offer off season rates? Yes, we offer off season rates.
- Do you have discounted price for only 2 people? Our rental is based on a maximum of 6 occupants and is constant.
- What is included with the rental? The rental cost includes the service of a property Manager, who will meet you at the house to provide you with house keys, and ensure everything in the house is in order. Weekly cleaning is also included.
- Additionally, the following items are found in the house:
- Non smoking environment
- 2 bedrooms – 1 queen size beds, 2 single beds
- 1 bathroom
- 1 laundry room – washer and dryer
- Bed linen, towels, hair dryer
- Fully equipped modern kitchen - microwave oven, dishwasher
- Outside dining area – propane BBQ, table and chairs
- Color TV with satellite dish, DVD, Stereo
- High speed internet
- Games such as soccer, lawn bowling, croquet, horseshoes, etc.
- What is not included in the rental? Provincial Sales Tax must be added to the cost of the rental as we are fully registered.
- How do I get the keys? The property Manager will meet you at a designated time and provide you with information on the Island and keys.
- How far is the beach? The beach is less than 100 feet from the house - at the end of the property. You may access it by using the stairs.
- Is there shopping close by? Yes. You have a number of choices available to you. Gateway Village, by the Confederation Bridge has shops and eateries .The village of Bedeque’s corner store has the best Ice Cream in the world and a few grocery items. Of course the city of Summerside has all the conveniences you need.
- Is this a non-smoking home? Yes.
- Are pets allowed? We love animals and are willing to consider your small pet enjoying our home also. Talk to us about it first.
